COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Unlike most real estate agents, instead of charging a set commission rate, our fee is based on performance. In terms of your property we would suggest the following commission structure:
Sale price over $3,500,000: 2.95% of purchase price (inclusive of GST)
Sale price $3,000,000 - $3,499,999: 2.5% of purchase price (inclusive of GST)
Sale price under $3,000,000: 2% of the purchase price (inclusive of GST)
